Dr. Gniadek was born in Chicago, Illinois, attending St. Patrick's High School, and graduating in 1969.  He attended Iowa State University from 1969 to 1976, receiving a DVM degree.  He purchased a practice in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1977, practicing there until 1986.  Dr. Gniadek moved to the Phoenix area in 1986 and has been practicing veterinary medicine here since then.  Dr. Gniadek has been with Arizona Pet Resort since its inception in 2002.

His main interest is in internal medicine, solving those extremely difficult cases. 

His hobbies and other interests include Siamese cats, Retrievers, music, books, gardening and other outdoor activities.

His daughter attends ASU, majoring in psychology.

His passion is for ecology so humankind can pass on a better planet to future generations.
